I am a new user (as of May 6) and whenever I send messages through Verizon webmail to, or reply to messages on, two Listservs I belong to, my messages are bounced back and rejected. The error message says that my emails are HTML, but I have checked with Verizon tech support and they say that Verizon webmail messages go out as text only not HTML.
There are no other problems using webmail and I can send messages fine to individuals, etc., it just occurs when sending or replying to Listserv messages. When I was with Comcast earlier, I did not have the same problem with their webmail when posting to the Listserv.
Does anyone have any clue? There is webmail setting for rich text or HTML...
