I also had incoming phone numbers on my TV screen. About two weeks ago they disappeared. I can't seem to get them back. I do miss them.
Try using your remote and go into guide, then scroll down to settings, then to on screen settings and
make sure that they are enabled along with position and duration, etc. Good luck!
It took about a day for my on screen phone numbers to show up after I changed the setting. Very nice addition.
