I have found the section in "E-mail Tools" for setting up e-mail forwarding yet when I click the link to begin the process it put me in my account where I don't see where that can be done.

To setup forwarding you need to, from within the Email section of the website (where you can see your messages), go to Settings -> Email settings (on the left at the bottom) -> Forwarding.
