No matter what I set the number of rings to on digital voice answering the phone still rings anywhere from 6 to 11 times. Fios reps have worked on this for a total of two hours and still no change.
If I go online and change # of rings to 2 or 3, it will last one or two calls at most then revert to 6 or more rings.
Any help?
