I was offered an upgrade in service and given a free trial of Verizon Cloud, which I did not want. The Verizon representative told me that the cloud was removed, per my request. Come to find out, it was not and I was being charged after the trial period. I reached out via chat a number of times, and each time I was told I would receive a refund. I have yet to see one.
They have billed me $19.99 every month since then for the Cloud service. Even after my continued contact requesting to have it removed, followed by representatives in chat reassuring me that I will “never be billed for it again.” I have screenshots of the chats to prove it. I sent an email about this and have yet to hear back.
I am increasingly frustrated with Verizon over this. Does anyone have any advice?
