forwarding to Verizon (FIOS) email

I want to have email forwarded from {edited for privacy} to my wife's email address with Verizon (FIOS) internet service. Any suggestions? I don't yet own {edited for privacy} . So I think this is mostly a question about some other provider.

If you forwarding to another account from Verizon, I have included the instructions. If is only from the .name account then you will need to contact them.

Forwarding from Verizon

1. Navigate to http://my.verizon.com/ and click on Account.
2. Enter your verizon username and password and click Sign In.

   Scroll down until you locate Verizon E-mail Address. Click Settings.

   The E-Mail Settings page is displayed. Click the Email Forwarding tab. To turn E-mail Forwarding on, place a check in the Forward all my email to: box. Now enter the E-mail address you would like to forward the E-mails to and click Save Settings. Be sure to read all of the information on this page. Note that once you enable E-mail forwarding, you will not receive E-mails through the Verizon E-mail account. You will have to turn E-mail forwarding off in order to receive E-mail again.

A message is displayed confirming your E-mail account has now been forwarded
