reading e mail

When I receive an e=mail, I can only read one line at a time and the margin is too small to see any

pictures sent. I need to be able to make the body of the e=mail wider but I dont know how to do this. Please help for an 80 year old woman and not too savy about computers. TY very much.

Are you “looking” at your email DIRECTLY on the Verizon “site” OR are you using a program like Outlook ?
What Browser do you use…Chrome …Internet Explorer ?
If you have more information please include it …don’t worry if it is relevant or not.
