How to get another internet wire in my house.

I currently have one internet wire in my house is there any way to run a wire from my basement or wherever the box is to another room in the house?

What do you mean by "Internet Wire"? Is this a Phone line to plug into the back of the modem or would this be Ethernet, such as between your computer and the DSL modem?

A phone line to plug into the back of the modem. I basically want to have 2 modems in my house if that is possible.

Ok.

They only way that is possible is to get another phone number/line.

For example 123-456-7890 for DSL modem #1 and for DSL modem two 123-456-7891

Otherwise, you can have two modems in your house but you can only use one at a time.
