Minutes remaining in international plan

Is there any God **bleep** way to know the remaining minutes in my international plan? It's been over 2 weeks since the last time this feature was updated in my account, which is just ridiculous!! It is not the first time though, it appears to be a scheme to blindside me with spending beyond my monthly allowance of 500 mins. Technology is too advance, there is not other way to put it.....
