I can send emails but I am not getting ANY incoming, except internally from Verizon. I am waiting to switch my Comcast email contacts over to Verizon but cannot do this until I can actually RECEIVE them!!
I discovered that the spam settings were deleting ALL of my emails. Changed it to save the emails and found a test email in the Spam folder. I turned the spam control off. Is there any way to control this? I do not want to receive spam but don't want to lose all of my emails either!!!
Limited controls available. Having it save rather than delete is best. Under the blocking options there is also an option to set some Safe senders. Works a little strange the email ends up going to the Spam folder, but a copy then also goes to your inbox.
