I'm trying to set up my mom's Kindle. We can't remember the password to her email. We tried the password recovery, but we can't remember the answer to the secret question. Tried having a code sent to my email. Tried entering the code, it seemed to work, but then we got one of those weird alpha-numeric code pop-up things. Tried entering the weird alpha-numeric code, but nothing happened. Tried a few different ones, but nothing continued to happen.
And now the account is locked.
So frustrated.
