As far as I'm aware, the Autumn Internationals are only available via pay-per-view that's offered to bars and retaurants. Your best bet is to search local Irish pubs, they seem to be the ones that carry them.
One day Verizon will offer Fox Soccer+ in HD - it carries quite a bit of top flight club rugby from the UK. But $14.99 per month for an SD signal is a bit much.
