My old voicemail still plays even though i have recorded a new one.

My voicemail from years ago still plays to callers and I have recorded a new voicemail, but it doesn't save, even though it says it does.

You may need to ask Verizon to rebuild your Voicemail. This will clear anything in there but it should fix the problem.
