Can anyone help? I use my internet DSL and have a Landline. I just received these services last week. When I am on the internet and the phone rings, it cuts off my internet. Any suggestions?
You need to have micro-filters installed at the phone jack for every telephone in the house. Pay attention to the direction they are installed in since they only work one way.
