Since I can't find any way to message Verizon help directly, I'm going to post my problem here...
I have the Extreme HD TV package, which is supposed to include Pivot TV, at least according to the current listings on the site. However, I can only view the channel in SD. When I tune to the channel in HD (692 in our area) it says I'm not subscribed to that channel and I can call to add it.
Is there any way to fix this issue without spending time on the phone?
