I was supposed to have my service moved from one apartment to another today between 8 AM and 12 PM. It's going on 3 PM and I have yet to even hear from a tech.
Phone support is an atrocity. I've spend almost two hours on the phone and have received no significant help. That, and my calls keep getting dropped because the support center is overseas and the lines are poor in quality. They can't even talk to dispatch without going through a chat room.
This is inexusable. This is how the largest phone company in America treats customers? The last thing I heard before the last call dropped is that my appointment would be rescheduled for December 4th. That's ludicrous. At the very least it should be scheduled for tomorrow as early as possible.
I realize that it has become something of the norm to receive substandard support, but I can honestly say this is the worst I've ever experienced. This can be described as nothing less than incompetent. I have been beyond inconvenienced at this point and still have no resolution in sight.
The only reason I have Verizon for my Internet is because there is literally nothing else available to me right now. I've been screwed over and no one at Verizon seems to care a whit. I don't expect to be treated like a king here, but this entire experience has been a farce at best, and a bad one at that.
