What is FIOS TV Extreme HD

I just checked my bill and see that I have " FIOS TV Extreme HD". What is the nature of this service? I don't want to pay extra for High Definition TV. Please advise. thanks.

Thats the middle tv package. All Verizon TV packages say "HD" in the title.

Prime HD = ~230 channels

Xtreme HD = ~325 channels

Ultimate HD = ~400 channels

They just focus on HD but the majority of the channels are just the typical SD channels. Your signed up on the middle package.
