I received e-mail that I had a privte message inthe Verizon Forums that would be located at the envelope icon on the puper righhand side of the community; however, there is no envelope icon on the screen. ??
Make sure you are logged into the forum.

Got an mail that said I have a private message, but the "envelope" icon is not in the upper RH corner of the community page. I am at least the 2nd person who had this experience. Verizon - what a bunch of amateurs,
