I am new to FiOS, having switched from Comcast a couple weeks ago. I just learned that Verizon does not offer the feature of having voicemails sent to you in an email with the voicemail transcribed into text. How disappointing. Customer Service tells me this is not available due to security reasons. Come on Verizon - Comcast has been doing it for a long time...
Has anyone found a way to do this that I have missed (hoping against odds)? 🙂
