For the last 2 weeks I have not been able to access online billing or my account. I need to make a payment and when I call the 1=800-Verizon I am directed to a third party payment agency that requires my account number. I do not have my account number because I have paperless billing and my account number is not accessible online now for some reason. If Someone could help me and let me know my account number I would gladly make a payment. thank you.
FYI I already cleared the cache and cookies and it didnt work. I have tried 3 different browsers as well.
