Missing HD Channels after software upgrade in Massachusetts

During the Fios software upgrade a week and a half ago I lost access to several HD channels (Fox News HD (618) and ESPNews HD (572) to name a few). I have checked with a few other users in Stoneham Massachusetts and they lost the channels too. I have called Verizon several times and they keep reseting my box, but nothing works. Does anyone know what's going on? I do not see either of these channels listed as Extreme HD only.

The Extreme HD is exactly the problem. You need to renew your contract with the Extreme package if you want those HD's.
