I received a final bill that I want to dispute. I have called the main Verizon number, and the people just transfer me to other departments, and every person says that they cannot help me. Yesterday, they transferred me to 4 different people, who all said it was not the right department.
I went to the website several times and each time the on-line chat was not available. The website only lists the main Verizon number. Can someone please help me find a live person at Verizon who can help me with this? It is so frustrating. Thanks!
