Can't access some tier one (FIOS HD Prime) channels on our tier two (FIOS Extreme HD) subscription

We are subscribed to the second tier TV plan, FiOS TV Extreme HD. We were told this plan including everything in the first tier, FIOS TV Prime HD along with other channels. However, when I tried to select the Hallmark Movie Channel, I get a message that we are have not subscribed to it. I check the Verizon web page and see that Hallmark Movie Channel is part of Prime. Why is it not available to us on Extreme? Thank you.

There are about a half dozen channels in Prime that aren't in Extreme, that is one of them. They have an asterisk next to them on the channel lineup explaining that.

Something to think about ia the channel realignment tht recently took place. There is such. Thing as extreme 2009 vs extreme 2010. If ur bundle expired its possible ur in an old bundle with the old extreme that does not get them.

Call in u might save a few bucks with the new package and get bundled. U should get those channels back.

It's just the opposite. Those channels were in the old Extreme, but not in the new Extreme!!!!!!

It was a very strange decision from Verizon. I think there are four such channels - Hallmark Movie, Gospel Music, RFD-TV, and Retirement Living.
