How to block numbers without enough digits

Hi

every morning this number calls {edited for privacy} it's a microsoft scammer from india

i'd like to block this number but it doesn't have enough digits. yes i've already signed up for nomorobo and it works great. but this number gets through and its very annoying

any thoughts?

Try Google-ing < India telephone number {edited for privacy} > and check out the various messages addressing the problem. Change your NoMoRobo until you find one that applies to you.
