I cannot receive calls. I have checked the battery and have unplugged everything plugged into a phone line and plugged phone back it. I can make calls, but when someone tries to call me, the phone makes a little sound like it is trying to ring, but it cuts off and the call does not come through. I have had this problem on several occasions recently. It gets fixed and then occurs again.
