This morning I was waiting for a doctor to return my call. When the phone rang the first ring wasof normal length the secound was cut short. When I answered all I got was a dialtone. This occured twice in five minutes so I called the doctors office. The nurse there said she had tried to call me and that she got two rings then it went to a busy signal. How dose this happen? What can be done about it? I need my doctors to be able to call me. Also after the call was over Icalled mt home phone from my cell phone and everything worked fine. Just bizar.
