I just purchased Verizion High Speed Internet and haven't recieved any confirmation email or anything.
I'm unaware of what I'm going to get in the mail nor how much I was charged. Everytime I try to contact customer service I get an automated bot that says they can not help me. I can't make a phone call because I'm still currently deployed for another week.
Please if anyone has had this issue or knows an effective way to get a hold of a real person online to help me with this issue please let me know.
