This is the third time this year that I have had the same issue not being able to receive a call, they drop off, The last technician told me he had fixed the problem, and it was done out on the street not inside my home, so I took off for no reason, so if I can just get someone to check the issue from the street, and if it can't be fixed I will schedule a date.
