How can I find my user name and pass word for my router?
For the Web Administration? It's usually just "admin/admin" for the user/pass respectively.
If it was changed and you can't get in, Verizon can reset it if you call/chat, or you can reset your modem, and that will change the username and password to either admin/password or admin/admin.
It depends on the router. The newer Verizon routers may have the username and password on one of the stickers attatched to the router. For other Verizon routers check here:

Most Verizon Routers have admin greyed in for user and the password is on a label on the side of the router consisting of alpha numeric digits.
