Where can I get an owners manual for an Actiontec GT784WNV? My girlfriend has Verizon High Speed Internet (DSL).

Another question: Is it possible to distribute bandwidth evenly or control how much bandwidth one user is allowed?

One other question: If I can't control bandwidth with Dynamic IP Addressing, is it possible with MAC filering, or should I use Static IP Addressing?
