I spent one hour dealing with the verizon customer service robot. With no results.
Does anyone have a customer service number that u can deal with a real person.
I have the access number, my phone number and the key code. I go to access the
voicemail using my phone number and the voice on the other end tells me no account exsits for that number. I entered it 100 times. I don`t think I made a mistake. I hate to say this but I never had this problem with Comcast Voice. I`m wondering
if Verizon never set it up correctly at their end.
