We have had Verizon phone for many years,then when fios internet came around we figured we would try it, both the phone and the internet have been great. when fios tv came into our area (clay) we hopped right on the ban wagon, leaving time Warner after many many years, trouble free i might add.Verizon made a deal with us for 2 years locked in at a decent price. things were great for about 8 months...then they started taking my favorite channels away?????? when i called and asked if they could take the 25 espn channels and 25 baseball,basketball and football channels and let me keep my fishing channel?? they said nope, then i said what about us signing a contract?? they said its just for the price and can actually take any channel or as many as they want away at any time!!! i said if they take all my channels away from the deal i signed will i still be locked in for the contract??? yes they replied ????? i said thats quite a deal . but after a short time i cooled down, then a few weeks later they took a few more of my favorites!! today i get an email that says im losing the sportsman channel...the last of my outdoor sports channels, BUT if i want to purchase a new more expensive plan , you know more then the one they baited and switch us away from time Warner with!!!! the one we signed for 2 years with. IT WAS FOOLISH OF ME TO JUST UP AND WALK OUT ON TIME WARNER . now verizon can keep the phone, internet and cable. WHAT A ^%&^#^^&# JOKE. i will make it up to time Warner by talking to as many people as i can , to look at all the facts , and the bait and switch tactics used by Verizon.... thanks greg from clay NY.
