Missing 411 info for our business

Hi,

Our hotel has been in business for 20 years and have started getting complaints from customers that the operator at 411 was unable to find them my phone number.

Any suggestions on who to call at verizon to get this fixed?

The one thing they all have in common is they use Verizon for their home phone service and that's where they are calling from.

Hi stormnolan,

Verizon doesn't own all '411' services and we have no way to add or delist your numbers from those '411' services. So with that in mind, when you run into this same issue again, you would need to ask your customer what phone carrier are they with. Afterward, you would have to call that carrier and ask if they can add your business phone numbers back into their 411 directory listing.

It's also very possible that we are not receiving the information for your business from your current provider, which prevents us from providing it to our customers

It's rare but it does happen.
