I have been having pone issues since August. The way it started was I somehow got intertwined with a resturant in Indiana. I am located in the Boston area. I cannot begin to tell you how annoying with people calling at all hours trying to order food!!!!! From then on I have had to call at least 15 times for no dial tone. It would be fixed for a week maybe. It has come to the point of being ridiculous......They offered to send maintenance out but I was told there would be a $99 charge . I am a long time customer but at this point feel I have no other option but to look for another provider. I have also been told there is no phone at this address yet I have had the same number for 30 yrs. I am elderly and don't have a cell phone so this is the only way for me to reach out. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?
