We upgraded our business service to FIOS in January. They switched our relatively new ESI Phone system to FIOS Telephone as well. The caller ID has never worked on the phone system since the switch. I have called atleast 7 times and spoken to numerous people including Ross, Jamie, Bruce in the Team Presidental appeals and Friday I spoke to Yusef in Business IT. More than one person has said it is an issue with the programming on the line from their side, I have confirmed with the manufacturer of the phone system the same information. No one ever calls back and they close the tickets without the problem being solved. Can anyone help me get to the right person, or am I better off switching the phone service to another carrier. Any help is greatly appreciated!
