I have been trying to get a problem resolved for over ten day to have the correct name a show on my outgoing caller id. I have spoken to 5 agents, 2 supervisors , received 5 repair ticket numbersand the only response I get is " it will be fixed in 24hours, it is now 240 hours and the problem is still not fixed. Does anyone know the name or e-mail address in corporate hearquarters I can contact.
