Verizon Telephone Pole removal

Good Morning,

I need help (contact information) with a Verizon Telephone Pole that needs to be removed. The pole is not active, but has cables dangling from the top of the pole. The pole is not only an eye sore, but is rotten at the base. We have just completed a major landscape project on our property and this inactive pole is not only dangerous but is an incredible eye sore. Please let me know the appropriate party to talk to. I have verified the pole is owned by Verizon from the tag on the pole.
