phone has not dial tone also internet not working

My problem is that my landline has no dial tone. Not sure if this helps but my internet is not working also. Our cellphones and iPad show a WiFi signal but are showing cannot connect to server when trying to use. Hard line into desktop unit not working either.

fixed......had to shut router off and disconnect power to landline then reset my box that everything ties into from outside.
