Firstly, and off this particular topic, my internet speed has slowed in less than a week after install, internet explorer hangs and freezes now, and Home Agent only shows my internet, it doesn't show my TV and Phone like I see advertised it's supposed to do when you have triple play.
Now specifically the TV. The tech told me I could add individual channels not included in my Prime HD package. Like OWN(we do not get own with Prime here). It would be at an additional charge per month but it could be done right from the tv, just hit ok. Well, it never works. I get a message that it can't be performed and to call a number.
Self Diagnostics on the Help Menu doesn't work at all. Set Top Boxes is listed twice and both are empty. And the widgets I have tried three times to add from the Verizon.com site never get added.
Playing the help videos at first was choppy and pixelized until I reset the STBs from the web site, and then it went back again. So I unplugged each box for 15 minutes then plugged them back in. After doing this, the help videos worked and remain working. However, the self diagnostics and set top box list in the menu fixed. But after a few hours went back to what they were doing before.
Do I have a faulty installation/connection? Do I have a faulty STB?
