It looks like viewers and their interests are the last priority for Verizon. When you ask about the channels you want to see, they remind you of the penalty you will have to pay if you cancel. Now that I can't see Barca's games not even in std definition, it is perhaps time to move on to a better tv provider. Or is there any Verizon fios rep to convince me to stay by offering the lineup we viewers want?
