Suddenly appeared on my bill, and as usual, Verizon cannot be reached, dialed their 1800VERIZON and Verizon hangs up on me.
So, Verizon has this self-help blog now instead of anwering customers' calls, just goes to show the utter contempt Verizon has for residential customers.
