When I try to play a movie on VOD there are always horizontal lines going across the screen and the sound is messed up. I need some help to get this corrected.
This started happening about 3 months ago. Before that, it worked fine for about 2 years. Normal channels still work perfectly well.
A few facts about what I have done to try and correct the problem:
1) I switched the box with one from another HD TV we have in the house. This had no affect, the issue still exists on the TV that is having the problem. The other TV can display VOD just fine.
2) I tried the home diagnostic. It reports no issues.
3) I tried to see if there is a difference between HD movies and SD movies. They both display the same way, with horizonal lines and sound defects.
4) The problem has gotten progressively worse. It started off as pixelation that would appear every few minutes. It progressed to bars that would persist for a minute or two. It is now to the point where movies are unwatchable.
5) Regular FIOS TV works fine. There are no issues with anything besides VOD.
6) We have 4 TVs in the house, this is the only one that is screwed up. We can watch VOD on all the others.
