Caller ID not working

Since January, the caller id is not being announced. I checked the phone settings etc and everything is set but there is no call history since January. I called numerous times but i am put on hold..and no solution so far. Does anyone know how to fix this.

I have had the same issue and they said they were working on it but they have not gotten back to me yet. Can't get any help from anyone there. I also can't get the NOMO Robo to work. Never had any of these issues with Comcast.
