CoziTV in Stretch-o-vision

Noted this am, 2/16, zip 75006, that ch 460, CoziTV, was now being presented as 16:9, stretched horizontally, squashed vertically, so as to fill the screen.Not the original aspect ratio.

I have the tv set up with the same coax to antenna that also feeds the stb.

Looking at QAM kxas 5.2, it was in 4:3.

I've not changed the stb's settings, as BounceTV, ION Life, Antenna TV are shown 4:3.

Would Verizon please show CoziTV in its native 4:3 aspect ratio ?

Just push # until see the correct ratio. Note yoy may need to press a few times since it rotates through aspect ratios.

unacceptable for VZ to introduce aspect ratio distortion, and expect users to start juggling aspect ratio (# key) on a per channel basis.

Actally hook up an antenna and one can see the channel has the wrong aspect ratio over the air. It's not Verizon but the channel itself ... blame NBC not Verizon.
