HD NHL center ice issues?

Just bought CI, I already had 7232dvr but on HD NHL CI it says unavailable, do the 'B' troubleshoot, wants to replace stb. Call support they are unable to see/fix anything from their end, send out new box. Get box today, activate and still same thing on HD channels?

For those with a working HD center ice channel, When a game is not actually broadcasting do the HD channels show the same matchup/lineup screen like the SD?

Yes, the HD channels are supposed to show the same screen as the SD channels, just in HD.
