Unable to get Verizon email

Hi all,

I am in the middle of an overseas trip to Europe (France), and I am unable to get my Verizon email.

I have tried both Mail & Outlook on my MacPro, and both my iPad & iPhone & nothing seems to be able to access my Verizon email. I have also tried to access via Webmail, & have been unable to access that via Verizon.net.

I am able to access other emails with no issues from all 3 devices.

I have been having this issue since I left home last Sunday. I don't know if there is a Server issues & or if I am doing something incorrectly, but if that is the case, why is it only my Verizon account that I am having issues with?

There are restrictions for international email access. If you have tried logging in on verizon.com and then selecting check email under the my verizon tab and that doesnt work, try the my fios app.

If those do not work, the easiest thing may be to have someone local log in and forward email for you.
