Log in does not take me to email

Type in my ID it then takes me to password screen (but not the one that has picture).

Type in password and it takes me back to the first screen and the screen cycles forever.

The screen keeps refreshing itself and up on top it says HI (sign out).

I did get some help earlier this week when it was taking me to my wireless account.

So I guess there is some improvement. They said I shouldn't use the same id/password for

Fios and wireless. Anyway they did connect me to my email screen but once I closed it

I ended up with this issue.

Running Windows 10 Pro and current Chrome browser

It used to work for me as well. But now it doesn't in IE, Chrome or Mozzila.

I am not getting the correct password screen. It should give me the one with

the picture I selected. But I get the regular fios password screen.
