A Verizon tech accidentally disconnected my line while running diagnostics, and I have no way to reach support. My line is dead, and the online system will not allow me to chat with a rep, because I use a public computer where popups are completely blocked, apparently by the firewall. (The browser says they are allowed, but they don't work.) Thus, I have no way to schedule an appointment. I've gone through the website multiple times and there doesn't seem to be a low-tech option. I do not have access to any other phone.
