The Pandora widget functioned beautifully from July through our last use about a week ago. Today it's missing from the Widget lineup. Can I restore it? FIOS, if you've dropped it, we want it back!

I have no clue where you are located (it would be nice if you would put a location in your Profile), but I still have it here in North Texas (VHO 1), just started it up to be sure.
I know that some people have reported problems with stuttering or skipping when using the widget, and Verizon has apparently identified a problem that needs to be fixed. I have not experienced that issue, but other have, so that may be why it has been removed, and who knows, I may lose it too.
Just wondering, since it worked for you in the past; when you started one of your stations, did it always start with the specified artist or group? And even if it did, did it sometimes switch to a different artist or group after a song or two? Mine does, and that just doesn't seem right.

Actually, you are seeing the planned design of Pandora. Your artist selection is used as a seed to predict SIMILAR songs that you will like. You can then refine the selection by voting selections in or out.

Thanks. I now understand that from a post in another thread about Pandora. Unfortunately that is not what I am interested in, I was expecting that when I picked an artist or group that the music would be from that group - period. So Pandora is of no interest to me now.
If you are willing to "train" Pandora, you can get a one-artiset station. A freind did it with the Greatful Dead. He just voted every non-Dead song off the island... It took a while...

Apparently there were some malfunctions that were introduced by the upgrade to IMG 1.9... Audio popping and dropouts are what I've heard of.
