We have a landline account at a vacation property that is listed in my father's name and mailing address. He died last year. I am trying to get the account changed over to my name and address as the new property owner. I called customer service and they told me I had to fax in a death certificate which I did on Oct 5th. The rep said he was giving me a fax # directly to him and that he would call me back to complete the process once he received the fax. He has never called me back. I have called customer service again multiple times and the hold time is an hour or more. This morning I left a request for call back on the automated system which said it would be about an hour. That was 4 hours ago and no call. This is rediculous. How can I get someone to take care of this?
